QNA Royale is a one-night event of performance, music and art for sale in support of future programming at Queen’s Nails Annex. Within its short history, QNA has utilized the exhibition space as a laboratory for artists, curators, musicians and writers to develop important projects, first-time curatorial shows, and experimental music through QNA’s record label, Queens Nails Records. The gallery has received numerous acclaims by publications such as Art in America, Flash Art, ArtForum and Artweek. QNA shows the work of local, national and international artists from Mexico, Europe and Asia.

With the focus on supporting and commissioning groundbreaking projects, Julio Cesar Morales and Brian Storts of QNA will be hosting an action-filled evening, QNA Royale, on Friday, June 8th from 8pm to 12 midnight. The evening will feature DJs, go-go dancers, table games of risk, fabulous mixed drinks , artworks by local and international artists and special guest, Pete Nelson, will provide his specialty blends. Come and join us for a dauntingly entertaining night.

Queen’s Nails Annex is located in the Mission District of San Francisco. It serves as a project space dedicated to present collaborative, site-specific and experimental works by artists. QNA hopes to challenge both emerging and established artists to work outside their ‘normal’ practice in order to produce unique projects. QNA is co-directed and curated by Bay Area visual artists, Julio Cesar Morales and Brian Storts, and is co-managed by Chika Sato.
